2. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work is required. Any estimate provided is an approximation and may vary depending on site conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Scope of Work
The Company will carry out work as detailed in the agreed quotation or contract. Any additional work requested by the Client that falls outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges and may require a revised agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work.
Payment schedules will be outlined in the quotation or contract.
Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of work.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the site as required.
Ensure that all necessary permissions (e.g., planning permission, permits) are obtained unless otherwise agreed.
Inform the Company of any known hazards or special conditions on site.

6. Materials and Workmanship
The Company will use materials deemed suitable for the project unless otherwise specified. We aim to complete all work to a professional standard in accordance with industry practices.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather, supply chain disruptions, or site conditions not apparent at the time of quotation.

8. Variations
Any changes requested by the Client after work has commenced must be agreed in writing. Variations may affect the project cost and completion timeline.

9. Cancellation

The Client may cancel the agreement by providing written notice.
The Company reserves the right to charge for work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

10. Liability and Insurance
The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing structural issues not identified prior to work commencing.
Indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

11. Warranty
Where applicable, the Company may provide a workmanship warranty for a specified period. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

12. Health and Safety
The Company complies with relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must ensure that the site remains safe and that unauthorized persons do not interfere with ongoing work.

13. Complaints and Disputes
Any concerns should be raised promptly to allow resolution. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
